Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping is mostly via USPS first class mail. Retail orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of payment, then shipped. For wholesale/bulk orders, processing and shipping is 7-10 business days. We will not be responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged once the item is shipped. We are only shipping in the USA at this time.

Payment: All orders are prepaid by credit card or check. All shipping is free.

Return Policy: We hope that you are really satisfied with your Joyful Creation art product. But if you are not satisfied for some reason, returns and exchanges will be accepted according to the following guidelines:

Items must be shipped back in unused original condition within 15 days from the date of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a different item from what you ordered, please contact us within one week and we will replace it for you. If order arrives damaged in shipping, please provide photos so we can file a postal service claim. Returns are not accepted unless damaged during shipping.

Please contact us via email with your order number and the reason for your request for a return or exchange within 1 week and we will replace your order.
